Direct management and oversight of the actual building process, managing subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets and more.
Guide owners who do not want to hire a contractor through the process of building their own home.
Provide experienced and professional opinions and knowledge to represent the owners and other stakeholders prior to and during a build project, including contractor selection, Quality Control management, and referrals for 3rd party inspections.

Aid in acquiring permits from multiple agencies including Building Permit City, County, State, Septic, Lake Shore, ARCH. Review, Land Use, Conditional Uses, and Zoning variance.
